Isocyanate and polyol meet at the spray gun tip. The reaction starts on contact. Foam expands 30-60x its liquid volume in seconds and bonds permanently to every surface.
Batts leave voids around every pipe, wire, and joist. SPF conforms to any geometry. You get one continuous air barrier across your entire building envelope.
Spray foam does not settle, compress, or shift. SPF bonds structurally to the substrate and holds full R-value for the life of the building. No maintenance. No replacement.
